Congratulations to Albie, Alan and Stuart and the whole team of our Tigers U15’s Black on securing the League Title at Bretons Outdoor Centre on Sunday 27th February. Many thanks to their opponents UPR for playing in a great game which was 2-1 at the break but ended up with a convincing 9-1 win. The boys go again next week in the first round of the league cup to see if they can continue their superb season and do the double in their debut season in the Brentwood League.

Many teams have forfeited their games against the team this season but if you knew the history of Tigers U15's Black who went many seasons in the Echo Junior Football League with heavy defeats week in week out they always turned out week in week out, however some teams didnt know this history and accepted their own assumptions that the team joined the league in the wrong division just to win the league? This is far from the truth but over many missed weeks during this current season yesterday was the icing on the cake and they can now look foward to next season being promoted and having games every week.
